Foreign media: UK non-profit organization CCDH plans to 'kill Musk's Twitter'

This sentence first appeared in its planning document for early 2024. The document shows that CCDH has listed a plan to "trigger regulatory action" against X (formerly known as Twitter). The organization is concerned about X because its activities under 501 (c) (3) tax exempt status have been questioned. Records show that CCDH held meetings with multiple groups, including representatives from the Biden White House, Congressman Adam Schiff's office, the State Department, and U.S. media affairs. In 2023, X filed a lawsuit against CCDH. A federal judge dismissed the case, stating that it appeared to be an attempt to punish CCDH for its critical reporting on the platform.
