Ripple is one of the cryptocurrency companies engaged in a court battle with US regulatory agencies, and the company expects the new White House administration to withdraw digital asset cases from the court, hoping for changes within government agencies. Stuart Alderoty, Chief Legal Officer of Ripple, said in an interview, "The SEC is a bureaucratic institution, but policy is people, and people are policy. Therefore, if the government changes some of the leadership of the SEC, we hope to start seeing the more rational approaches they are pursuing Paul Grewal, Chief Legal Officer of Coinbase, recently issued a similar call after Trump's victory: "Please stop suing cryptocurrency companies."
