According to Foresight News, closed-end investment company C1 Fund Inc. submitted its initial registration prospectus for a $100 million initial public offering of a closed-end fund with a focus on digital assets to the US Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) on November 12th. The investment objective of the fund is to maximize the total return of the investment portfolio, primarily by seeking capital returns on the fund's stocks and stock related investments. Under normal market conditions, the fund will invest at least 80% of its total assets in stocks and equity linked securities of companies primarily engaged in digital asset services and technology industries. The fund intends to achieve its investment goals by investing in a portfolio of 30 top digital asset service and technology companies that the fund considers to be top tier. C1 Fund Inc. is a company located in Palo Alto, California, and C1 Advisors LLC, also located in Palo Alto, California, will serve as the investment advisor for the fund.
