The police conducted a thorough investigation and found that the fraud gang carried out fraud under the identities of "Sun Tzu" and "Sun Tzu's classmates", and arranged for door-to-door cash withdrawal, transfer of money, and no discount or card transfer. Multiple suspects were involved at multiple levels, and ultimately exchanged the money for virtual currency online to illegally transfer the defrauded money. At present, the Chengxi Public Security Branch of Xining Public Security Bureau has successively gone to many places inside and outside the province to arrest 12 suspect, and the case is being further handled.
