QCP: When BTC market share falls below around 58%, it may indicate the beginning of the counterfeit coin season

Odaily Planet Daily News: QCP pointed out in its market analysis that although BTC and ETH were consolidating sideways last weekend, SOL performed better than both, rebounding about 17% from last Friday's low. SOL and other altcoins do seem to be gaining some attention, especially under the leadership of the Trump administration that supports cryptocurrencies. So is the counterfeit currency season coming soon? From a historical perspective, whenever major cryptocurrencies consolidate after a significant increase, altcoins perform well because profits are transferred to small market cryptocurrencies. BTC's dominant position is currently around 60%, and it may need to reach<58% to mark the beginning of the altcoin season. Investors may not be ready to fully switch to altcoins yet, as BTC seems to have more to go before the $100000 milestone. As it is expected that the Trump administration will introduce policies supporting cryptocurrencies and further cut interest rates, it is not surprising to see the counterfeit currency season fully unfold in the coming months. Despite net outflows from ETFs last Thursday and Friday, BTC still appears to receive relatively good support and institutional adoption remains strong. As political and institutional participants begin to align, the prediction of BTC reaching $100000 seems no longer a pipe dream.
