Odaily Planet Daily News: A judge in New York approved President elect Trump's request to withdraw his "hush money" criminal case on the same day, setting December 2 as the deadline for Trump to submit a motion to withdraw and requiring prosecutors to respond before December 9. It is reported that the sentencing date for Trump's "hush money" case was originally scheduled for November 26th. Manhattan District Prosecutor Bragg requested earlier this week that New York State Supreme Court Justice Juan Mochan consider deferring all litigation proceedings in the case until the end of Trump's presidency. Trump's lawyer believes that this case will create so-called 'unconstitutional obstacles' to Trump's governing ability and must therefore be withdrawn. (CCTV News)
