According to CoinDesk, eight blockchain associations in the United States have jointly established the North American Blockchain Association (NABA) with the aim of providing unified cryptocurrency policy recommendations to the federal government. Lee Bratcher, Chairman of the Texas Blockchain Commission (TBC), expressed optimism about the new Trump administration's cryptocurrency friendly policies. Currently, over half of TBC's funding comes from Bitcoin mining companies. Despite the challenges facing the growth of the Texas power grid, it is expected that there will be no discriminatory restrictions on mining companies.
