FTX has sent emails to creditors with less than $50000, and there are still approximately $345 million worth of claims that have not completed KYC certification

According to Sunil, the representative of FTX creditors, FTX has sent emails to creditors with less than $50000 to notify them of the initial distribution of funds. These creditors need to register with distribution service providers (such as Bitgo or Kraken) and authorize them to receive and pay the distribution funds on their behalf. Currently, FTX has transferred the first batch of funds to these distribution service providers. Meanwhile, some creditors have disputes over their debt status displayed on the FTX debt portal. It is reported that creditors with less than $50000 still have approximately $345 million in outstanding KYC certification. Previously, it was announced that FTX will begin repaying creditors from February 18, 2025.
