A hacker promoted a memecoin project related to President Donald Trump’s youngest son Barron Trump, claiming “Trump should confirm the news soon.”However, World Liberty Financial confirmed Witkoff’s account had been compromised and urged users not to engage. Donald Trump’s daughter Ivanka was also the subject of a fake memecoin project in late January.
