Sora Ventures and its subsidiaries take over the board of directors of Hong Kong Bitcoin company HK Asia Holdings

On February 13th, according to CryptoSlate, Sora Ventures and its subsidiaries have taken over the board of directors of Hong Kong based Bitcoin company HK Asia Holdings from February 12th, 2025, marking a shift from shareholding to direct management. The new board of directors includes twelve directors, including David Bailey and John Riggins from BTC Inc. and Jason Fang from Sora Ventures. The board of directors has audit, compensation, nomination, and ESG committees that cover core management functions. Sora Ventures and BTC Inc. subsidiaries have each acquired one-third of Metaplanet's shares.
