One is the cross-border and monopolistic nature of fraud groups, where criminals establish "industrial parks" and "technology parks" overseas, implement management and control through providing guarantees, armed protection, and other means, extract or charge fees to obtain stolen funds, and form large-scale criminal organizations. Secondly, there are multiple and complex fraudulent methods, such as "pig killing and false investment", "gambling fraud combination", "fraud knocking combination", which are more confusing and lead to serious violent crimes such as intentional injury. The third reason is that the black industry crime module is becoming increasingly stable, and the criminal tool software is simple and easy to use, leading to a wider range of people being attracted to criminal activities.
