BX Digital has been approved by Swiss FINMA to launch an Ethereum based digital asset trading platform
According to CoinDesk, BX Digital, a subsidiary of Boerse Stuttgart, has been approved by the Swiss Financial Market Supervisory Authority (FINMA) to become Switzerland's first approved digital asset trading and settlement platform. The platform is based on the Ethereum blockchain and supports direct asset transfer without intermediaries. It allows market participants to trade tokenized stocks, bonds, and funds, and integrates with the Swiss National Bank's payment network to ensure a Swiss Franc Delivery Payment (DvP) settlement mechanism. BX Digital is affiliated with Boerse Stuttgart, the sixth largest exchange group in Europe, and plans to launch a wider range of digital issuance and settlement platforms in the future.
