Use of Proceeds
1、Approximately 30.0% (or HK$227.5 million) will be allocated to expanding production capacity and enhancing operational efficiency to meet rapidly growing market demand.
2、Approximately 35.0% (or HK$265.5 million) will be used to support R&D initiatives under our patient-centric product strategy.
3、Approximately 25.0% (or HK$189.6 million) will be deployed for commercialization, sales, and marketing activities to consolidate our leading position in China and establish a global presence and brand image.
4、Approximately 10.0% (or HK$75.8 million) is reserved for working capital and general corporate purposes.
