1、Approximately HK$363.5 million (or ~40.0%) will be allocated for R&D of BloT​ software and hardware solutions;

2、Approximately HK$272.6 million (or ~30.0%) will be used to enhance supply chain and production operations;

3、Approximately HK$181.7 million (or ~20.0%) will be allocated for the execution of the global market expansion plan;

4、Approximately HK$90.9 million (or ~10.0%) will be used for working capital and other general corporate purposes.
