Dano Pharmaceutical is a biotechnology company approaching the commercialization stage, focusing on the discovery, development and commercialization of differentiated innovative pharmaceutical products to address unmet clinical needs in the fields of bacterial infections and bacterial metabolism‑related diseases.

1、71.0% or approximately HK$395.7 million will be used for the research, development, registration filing and commercialisation of the Company’s core products;

2、7.0% or approximately HK$39.2 million will be used to fund the research and development of the oral formulation of TNP‑2092;

3、7.3% or approximately HK$40.9 million will be used for the research and development of other candidate products of the Company;

4、7.2% or approximately HK$40.2 million will be used for the construction of the Company’s own manufacturing plant;

5、7.5% or approximately HK$41.8 million will be used as working capital and for other general corporate purposes.
