[Tharimmune Secures $540 Million Financing to Establish Canton Coin Treasury]
Nasdaq-listed company Tharimmune (Ticker: THAR) has raised approximately $540 million through a private placement to establish a digital asset treasury centered around Canton Coin. Investors include ARK Invest, DRW, Kraken, Liberty City Ventures, Broadridge, and Polychain Capital, among others. The financing was priced at $3.075 per share, with the transaction expected to close on November 6. Canton Foundation also participated in this investment, marking its first investment in a publicly listed company. Tharimmune will use the funds to purchase Canton Coin, operate validator nodes, and develop related applications, while retaining its biotechnology business.
