[U.S. and Ukrainian Delegations Hold Talks in Berlin on Peace Plan, to Continue Discussions on the 15th]
On the 14th local time, delegations from Ukraine and the United States held closed-door talks in Berlin, Germany, regarding the U.S.-proposed 'peace plan' to end the Russia-Ukraine conflict. The talks lasted for more than five hours and will continue on the 15th. The U.S. delegation included U.S. Presidential Envoy Whitaker, Jared Kushner (son-in-law of former U.S. President Trump), among others. The Ukrainian delegation, in addition to Ukrainian President Zelensky, also included Secretary of the National Security and Defense Council Umerov and Chief of the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine Gnatov, among others.
