Wang Xin, Director of the Research Bureau of the People's Bank of China, stated at a press conference that the 'Opinions on Financial Support to Accelerate the Construction of the New Western Land-Sea Corridor' propose supporting provinces, regions, and cities along the corridor in participating in the multilateral central bank digital currency bridge project, promoting the use of central bank digital currencies in cross-border payments, and strengthening green finance cooperation through the China-Singapore Green Finance Taskforce mechanism.
