Nicholas Financial applies for 'AfterDark' Bitcoin ETF

Nicholas Financial has submitted documents to the US SEC to launch the Nicholas Bitcoin and Treasury AfterDark ETF (code: NGTH). This ETF only buys Bitcoin after the US stock market closes and sells it before the next day's opening. If approved, the ETF will introduce a "trading time difference" strategy for Bitcoin investment products.
