[Mogo Renamed to Orion Digital, Plans to Expand Bitcoin Reserves] Mogo Inc. has officially announced its renaming to Orion Digital Corp. (Orion Digital) and will begin trading under the new stock ticker ORIO on Nasdaq and TSX starting January 2, 2026. Orion Digital's business spans three major areas: wealth management, payments, and digital assets, including the intelligent investment platform Intelligent Investing, global payment infrastructure Carta Worldwide, and Bitcoin Treasury. As one of the first Nasdaq-listed companies to incorporate Bitcoin into its treasury in 2020, Orion Digital plans to continue expanding its Bitcoin reserves. Additionally, Orion Digital was previously the largest shareholder of WonderFi, which was acquired by Robinhood for $250 million in 2024.
