Odaily Planet Daily News: The surge in activity on the Ethereum chain has led to a surge in transaction fees over the past week. From September 16th to 26th, the average gas cost was 498% higher than the previous 30 day average, and Ethereum's median transaction cost increased from $0.09 at the beginning of the month to $1.69. In addition, the transaction volume of the Ethereum decentralized exchange (DEX) increased by 9% month on month, and the total amount of Ethereum transfers increased by 17% month on month, further driving up transaction fees. According to Kraken's analysis, Ethereum has recently broken through its Relative Strength Index (RSI) downward line, indicating a shift in bullish momentum in the short term, but still faces resistance from the 200 day moving average of the index.
