Kyrgyzstan appoints Binance founder Zhao Changpeng as national blockchain and Web3 strategic advisor

According to Cointelegraph, the National Investment Agency under the President of Kyrgyzstan has signed a strategic memorandum of understanding with Binance founder Zhao Changpeng, officially appointing him as a national advisor for blockchain development, cryptocurrency regulation, and Web3 innovation. According to the agreement, Zhao Changpeng will provide digital asset framework guidance and blockchain infrastructure technology support to the Kyrgyz government, while promoting talent development and DeFi innovation environment construction.
