BlockBeats News: On June 18th, according to a report released by on chain data analysis firm elliptic, the attack on Iran's cryptocurrency trading platform Nobitex is clearly related to the recent escalation of tensions between Iran and Iran. The funds stolen by the pro Israel hacker group "Gonjeshke Darande" (Predator Sparrow) are currently stored in "garbage talk addresses", and their public keys all contain variants of "F * ckIRGCterrorists" (cursing content of the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps). Elliptic stated that this attack does not appear to be aimed at profit. The addresses used by hackers are generated through "brute force cracking" - requiring massive calculations to obtain key pairs containing specific long texts, which means that the "Predator Sparrow" cannot actually control the private keys of these addresses. This' fund destruction 'behavior is clearly aimed at sending a political signal to Nobitex. Slow Mist founder Cosine also confirmed the information, stating that the stolen cryptocurrency worth over $80 million from Nobitex was directly transferred to an address that is highly likely to be a black hole, i.e. destroyed.
