ETH technical trend analysis: Ethereum has remained below resistance of 4500 and above support of 4200 as of this week, and its fluctuations are in line with my personal expectations for the market trend; On Wednesday, a small bullish candlestick was under pressure below 4500, and yesterday's bullish rebound was not sustained; Weakened again from the intraday high of 4480 to the intraday low of 4263, closing at a lower level of 4295, with a full day drop of 3.43% [$152]. The daily candlestick formed a standard bearish pattern with a dark cloud covering the top on Wednesday; From the latest signals, there are signs of further weakening and bearish sentiment;
But the key still lies in the horizontal support of 4200 and the upward trend line support since June; This area has a dual supporting role, so it is more critical; If the bulls stick to the above, there is still a short-term upward opportunity; On the contrary, if we firmly lose the dual support, the bears will expand their pullback ratio and drop to 4060 or even 3700-3600.
