Firmus Technologies, an AI startup supported by NVIDIA, is in talks with lending institutions for approximately $10 billion in financing to purchase NVIDIA chips for Indonesian data centers. The financing includes approximately $7.5 billion in debt funds and approximately $2.5 billion in equity funds, with a term of five years. Firmus Technologies plans to conduct an IPO at the end of October, aiming to raise up to $5 billion.
