The three most common attack types were private key theft, phishing attacks, and Rug Tokens. The top three incidents by loss amount were the Bybit hack (February 21, $1.5 billion), the Cetus hack (May 22, $223 million), and the Balancer hack (November 2, $128 million). There were 12 attacks with individual losses exceeding $30 million, of which 7 involved CeFi, primarily due to the theft of administrator private keys and hot wallet private keys. Attackers' strategies showed a dual trend of 'precision targeting' and 'wide-net casting.'
