[WisdomTree Withdraws Spot XRP ETF Registration Application] WisdomTree has officially withdrawn its S-1 registration application for the spot XRP ETF. According to documents submitted on Tuesday, the company stated that it has decided not to proceed with the issuance of this product for the time being and has requested the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) to withdraw the registration statement and related documents. Previously, WisdomTree submitted the registration application for this ETF to the SEC in December 2024.
