FTX users reach settlement intention with Fenwick&West

FTX users and American law firm Fenwick&West have reached a settlement agreement regarding their roles in the FTX incident. The two parties have submitted a joint document to the Florida Federal Court and plan to submit a formal settlement agreement and apply for court approval on February 27th.
