House Republicans Propose to Pass FISA Bill to Ban Central Bank Digital Currency

According to crypto journalist Eleanor Terrett, due to the stalled housing bill, House Republicans are considering using the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act (FISA) as a legislative vehicle to permanently ban central bank digital currencies, but Senate Minority Leader John Thune is not very interested in it.
