[SpaceX Plans IPO at $1.75 Trillion Valuation]
According to Caixin, SpaceX plans to go public with a valuation of $1.75 trillion, with an estimated free-floating market capitalization on the first day ranging between $440 billion and $530 billion. Nasdaq's "Fast Inclusion" rule will take effect on May 1, 2026, allowing newly listed companies that rank within the top 40 of the Nasdaq 100 Index by market capitalization to be included within 15 trading days. This rule is considered to provide convenience for SpaceX, as well as OpenAI and Anthropic, which may go public in 2026 or 2027. The S&P 500 is also evaluating a similar proposal, though details have not yet been disclosed.
