Yunfeng Finance completes strategic investment in WooshPay

According to Bloomberg, Peter Thiel's fourth growth investment fund, Founders Fund Growth IV, has raised $6 billion, setting a new record for the fund's size. Among them, $4.5 billion comes from limited partners, including sovereign wealth funds; $1.5 billion is contributed by senior management and employees of Founders Fund, including Peter Thiel himself.

Cerebras may launch its IPO roadshow as early as Monday, though listing details are still subject to adjustment. Cerebras declined to comment on the matter.

Yunfeng Financial announced the completion of its strategic investment in cross-border payment service provider WooshPay, with the specific amount yet to be disclosed. WooshPay is regulated by the UK Financial Conduct Authority and Hong Kong Customs, while Yunfeng Financial plans to integrate its digital asset infrastructure AlphaToken to build an "AI+Web3" ecosystem. Yunfeng Financial has been approved by the Hong Kong Securities and Futures Commission to provide virtual asset trading services, supporting digital asset trading such as Bitcoin and Ethereum.

According to Arkham monitoring data, the on chain wallet address of Morgan Stanley Bitcoin Trust, a spot Bitcoin ETF under Morgan Stanley, increased its holdings of 286.693 BTC worth $225 million through Coinbase yesterday. As of now, the fund holds a total of 2620 bitcoins worth approximately $204 million.
