Strategy CEO Phong Le stated that the company only sells Bitcoin when paying a 11.5% dividend on STRC preferred shares or conducting tax deferral and optimization, and prioritizes evaluating the pros and cons of selling Bitcoin and issuing stocks to improve the "Bitcoin per Share" metric.
