Aave has completed the first phase of the rsETH recovery plan, with 117132 rsETH gradually replenished

Aave announced on the X platform that the first phase of the rsETH technology recovery plan has been completed, including the destruction of rsETH held by attackers on Arbitrarum. In the coming days, we will gradually supplement the LayerZero OFT adapter and reopen rsETH related operations. Kelp stated that it will gradually replenish 117132 rsETH from Aave Recovery Guardian and Kelp Recovery Safe to the LayerZero OFT adapter on the main network in the next two weeks. It is expected that the withdrawal function will resume within 24 hours after the first batch of replenishment is completed, and all rsETH operations will return to normal.
