JPMorgan Chase did not disclose more than 4700 transactions between 1998 and 2013, totaling over $1 billion, until 2019. Elizabeth Warren proposed an amendment that requires federal banking regulatory agencies to disclose relevant review records, but the proposal was rejected with 11 votes in favor and 13 votes against.
