Vitol Energy Group provides customers with Basra crude oil from Iraq

According to sources cited by foreign media, Vitol Energy Group is providing customers with Basra medium crude oil and Basra heavy crude oil through ship to ship transfer, and some of the goods may have already left the Persian Gulf. This may be a rare case of spot market trading after the blockade of the Strait of Hormuz.
