Keone Hon: Monad mainnet releases v0.14.3 version

According to Keone Hon, co-founder of Monad, the Monad mainnet has released version 0.14.3, which for the first time requires nodes to use authenticated UDP protocol in RaptorCast to reduce consensus message verification overhead. The update also optimized the reputation rating mechanism for all nodes and made partial preparations for deterministic RaptorCast.
