Standard Chartered Bank plans to acquire Zodia Custody's cryptocurrency custody business

According to Bloomberg, Standard Chartered Bank plans to acquire the cryptocurrency custody business of its controlling subsidiary Zodia Custody, and the non binding proposal has been accepted by other shareholders and note holders.
