According to the Financial Times, if SpaceX goes public at a valuation of $1.75 trillion, D1 Capital Partners' holdings will be worth approximately $20 billion. The fund first invested in SpaceX in 2020, with a valuation of approximately $36 billion at the time, and currently manages assets of approximately $35 billion. Darsana Capital Partners is expected to hold approximately $15 billion worth of shares, with SpaceX valued at around $33 billion at the time of its initial investment. SpaceX's valuation has increased from less than $400 billion a year ago to $1.25 trillion, mainly due to the growth of Starlink and rocket launch businesses. Musk recently obtained the right to acquire Cursor for $60 billion and reached a deal with Anthropic, with an expected annual revenue growth of approximately $5 billion.
