The head of commodity and derivatives research at Bank of America predicts that the average price of Brent crude oil for the remainder of this year may reach $90 per barrel. If the stalemate with Iran continues or if the new conflict escalates, the price may further rise to $130 per barrel. Goldman Sachs previously raised its year-end Brent crude oil price forecast to $90 per barrel, and its WTI crude oil price forecast to $83 per barrel.
