According to Bits.media, Ivan Chebeskov, Deputy Minister of Finance of Russia, stated that the final version of the crypto market regulation bill will prohibit transfers from Russian custodial wallets to non custodial foreign wallets, except for participants in foreign trade activities such as importers. Chebeskov stated that after the law takes effect, the effectiveness of the new regulatory system will be evaluated, and in the future, it may be possible to experimentally allow the use of non custodial wallets. The final version of the bill is expected to be completed next week, with the goal of passing it before the end of the spring session of the State Duma. The Duma Financial Markets Committee previously proposed providing judicial protection for all holders of encrypted assets.
