The US court rejects Kalshi and Polymarket's application to suspend litigation
According to Bloomberg, the 9th Circuit Court of Appeals in the United States has rejected Kalshi and Polymarket's applications to suspend enforcement lawsuits in Nevada and Washington states, and the case will continue to be pursued in state courts. The court held that the two platforms did not prove that responding to the lawsuit would cause irreparable damage, nor did they prove that the federal court had jurisdiction over federal issues.
