ICON Network will be closed and migrated to SODAX by the end of 2026

According to SODAX's official announcement, ICON Network, which has been running for nearly nine years, will cease operation on December 31, 2026, and on chain functionality will be shut down, retaining only historical query functionality. The deadline for ICX to migrate to SODA is the same day, and it will not be possible to migrate after the deadline. Starting from September 30, 2026, two-way exchange will end and only support one-way migration from ICX to SODA. SODAX stated that it will focus on cross network execution and liquidity systems. Currently, it supports the coordination of 18 blockchain network transactions and has launched a new version of SDK, cross chain lending market, and other functions. SODA has entered the Kraken listing roadmap.
