Huang Renxun: NVIDIA Vera processor is 1.8 times faster than Intel chips

Nvidia announced that its first independent data center microprocessor, Vera, will be put into production in the third quarter, with Anthropic, OpenAI, and SpaceX as the first users. Huang Renxun stated that Vera's speed on basic AI workloads is 1.8 times faster than that based on Intel technology (x86) chips. Vera will compete with products such as Intel Xeon, AMD Epyc, and Amazon Graviton.
