Binance US stock trading referral broker Nest Trading is a self owned entity

According to the Abu Dhabi Global Markets (ADGM) Financial Services Regulatory Registry, Nest Trading Limited, the referral broker for Binance's US stock trading services, is a Binance owned entity with a registered website pointing to binance.com. The company was registered on January 5, 2026, and its license covers investment arrangements, investment agency, proprietary trading, and more. According to ADGM regulatory requirements, Nest Trading is not allowed to hold client funds and assets, and custody is undertaken by Alpaca Securities. Currency services are limited to regulated stablecoins. According to the official website of Binance, it has three "Nest" series entities in Abu Dhabi, responsible for trading system operation, custody, and transaction matching.
