Anthropic secretly submits IPO application, valued at $965 billion
According to Beating monitoring, Anthropic has secretly submitted a draft S-1 registration statement for its IPO to the US Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), but the specific number of shares to be offered and the price range have not yet been determined. This application follows closely behind its Series H financing of $65 billion, which was completed by the end of May 2026, with a post investment valuation of $965 billion, surpassing OpenAI to become the world's most valuable private AI startup. This round of financing is led by Altimeter Capital and other investors, attracting investors such as Amazon and Google. Bloomberg revealed that Salesforce's stake in Anthropic is worth $5 billion, with a cumulative investment of approximately $50 million. Anthropic's annualized revenue operating rate has exceeded $47 billion.
