Mecka AI raises $60 million in funding, led by Framework Ventures
According to Fortune magazine, Mecka AI has raised a total of $60 million in funding, of which $25 million in Series A funding was completed in November 2025, with an additional $35 million to be raised thereafter. This round is led by Framework Ventures, with participation from Menlo Ventures, SV Angel, Kindred Ventures, and former Google DeepMind researcher Ted Xiao. The company collects human motion data through customized hardware and iPhones for training embodied AI models. Founder and CEO Josh Gao stated that based on the signed contracts, the company expects annual recurring revenue to reach $100 million.
