Coinbase announces Plume trading feature open to users in New York State

According to Coinbase Markets' announcement, the Plume trading feature has been opened to residents of New York State. Users can buy, sell, exchange, send, receive, and store PLUME through Coinbase web version and iOS/Android applications.
