Binance and Alpaca reach revenue sharing agreement

According to Binance documents, it has reached a revenue sharing agreement with Alpaca, in which Binance will receive 50% of Alpaca's order flow payment fees and 65% of the remaining profits from user stock lending. Alpaca provides brokerage, clearing, and custody services for Binance stock trading products. Binance has launched trading access for over 7000 US listed stocks and ETFs, and plans to launch bStocks tokenized stock products. As of December 2025, Alpaca's assets under custody amounted to $480 million. (cointelegraph)
