The Zimbabwe Securities and Exchange Commission has approved seven fintech companies to enter the regulatory sandbox testing framework, covering blockchain platforms, synthetic trading, crowdfunding, and tokenization services. The selected subjects include Zimbabwe Entrepreneurship Exchange、Ndarama Standard、Questview Brokers、Crowdaxe Capital、Procode Platforms、Financial Securities Exchange And Colmin Resources Zimbabwe. This framework provides a regulated environment for participants to test products, services, and business models before entering the financial market. The Zimbabwe Securities and Exchange Commission will monitor and evaluate participants during the testing period and may issue instructions, guidelines, or operational requirements.
