According to The Block, the public chain MANTRA will be fully acquired by strategic investor Inveniam Capital Partners, and the transaction is expected to be completed in the third quarter of this year. Inveniam Capital Partners invested $20 million in MANTRA in 2025. MANTRA holds a VASP license issued by the Dubai Virtual Asset Regulatory Authority (VARA), which allows it to operate a digital asset exchange and provide brokerage, proprietary management, and investment services. The Layer 2 network NVNM Chain, jointly developed by both parties, is positioned as an autonomous AI agent in compliance scenarios to register identities, limit permissions, and record on chain evidence that can be independently verified by regulators and counterparties.
